No update on shipment- Ethnic hub

I did online shopping with shopify on 15th of July. But there is no update on my order except payment.

Same issue with me also, made payment on 11 July. After transaction there is no update on shipment. I think this the fraud that we got from Instagram ads. Let’s raise this issue to shopify.

Same happens to me also. I have escalated issue to shopify but they will tell you their textbook reply.
