I placed an order and never got an email confirmation but the money was taken out of my bank account. 2 days later i went to check the status of the order and the company's site on shopify was completely shut down and no one is anwering the phone after many attempts. I need to know if there is anything i can do.
I am sorry to hear about the trouble with your online order! As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. If you have attempted to reach out to the business that you have made a purchase from and you have not heard back. I would suggest speaking to your bank about your online order, they should have processes set up aimed to retrieve your funds from the purchase.
