I'm trying to connect Printify's shipping calculator to my Shopify account, but Printify still has my account as a trial period when I'm on and have paid for the Annual Basic plan. I've been trying all day to get someone to update my account so that I can get this done but to no avail. How do I contact/speak with someone at Shopify to get them to help me connect these?
Sorry to hear you've been having troubles ensuring your plan settings are correct, as well as talking to one of our Support Advisors. I'd be happy to walk through this with you. The issue is that Printify requires your Shopify Subscription to be on a paid plan in order to set up their services, and currently it's displaying that you're still on a trial, is that correct?
For checking your plan settings:
1. Login to your Shopify admin 2. Head to Settings > Plan 3. Under Plan details, what do you see?

My next question is, has your free trial period already expired? If you've selected a plan, but your free trial period hasn't expired yet, this may be causing an issue.
