I am not able to pay my bill that is more than 5000
as the auto pay limit for upi is set 5000
Also i am not able to pay with the card as there is a error "Unable to resolve all outstanding invoices with the selected payment method. Please try again or use a different payment account or method."
Shopify's support is saying that problem is with bank but i had conversation with the bank also the bank manager. He said there is no security holds or anything that might be affecting this error
also my card is valid card that is supported by shopify
Shopify staff is telling me everything thing rather than accepting this is a genuine error from their side
