I am trying to set up Shopify Paymnet with a newly registered Hong Kong Company today and one of the requirements was to submit Company's 7-digit CRN (Company Registration Number)
However, according to Hong Kong's latest regulation, for Companies registered after Dec 2023, no CRN will be assigned and a 8-digit BRN (Business Registration Number) will be used as a Unique Business Identifier. Please see below government announcement.
