Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I ordered from a store flexivo.se, that was built on Shopify. The delivery time was supposed to be 2-3 days, it has been over a month, and I did not receive an order. I managed to get a reply from a store after a week of ordering, that they are changing something, but then the communication stopped, and now the whole store is closed, and I can not even access order details to register a claim on Shopify page. The auto chat bot is useless as it never connects to a person. So at this point I am quite disappointed about Shopify as it is tricky to report some fraudulent stores. I would like this matter to get solved somehow. What should I do?
