Not received payment

Hello, I just launched the website and made a demo product that cost 2.50 euro.

 

I purchased this on the 10th of August, it was deducted from my personal account hut has not went into my business account. 

 

Do you know why this is happening?

 

Order is also no fulfilled.

Congratulations on having just launched your store. How did the build go? I'd love to hear more about your store and what you are working on now. 

 

You mentioned that you placed an order on your own store 4 days ago on the 10th August, but you haven't seen the funds in your business account. Can you please clarify what payment gateway was used for the order? If you used Shopify Payments, then you can view information about your payouts and see your payout schedule by navigating to Settings > Payments, then in the Shopify Payments section, click the View payouts button. If you use another third-party payment gateway, then you would need to log in to your external account to check in on the status of any payouts that have come through. 

 

You also said that the order is not fulfilled - would it be possible to share some more context on your fulfilment process? Are you manually fulfilling orders yourself, or are you using an external service such as a dropshipping supplier maybe? We have some information here about fulfilling orders on Shopify which contains some helpful tips that you can check out.
