Not receiving my Pay Outs for 1 week with out any notice

I am new to Shopify. I’ve only been with them for one month. Everything was great until about a week ago. I stopped getting my payments. I have no notification about any issue. I have multiple requests sent into the chat bot advisors.  No one is giving me any information and I’m really blown away by this! My clients have paid for services and they have received them and I am not receiving the money!
I sent out about 200 posters with my shop site on it advertised everywhere.

I had to stop my payments coming to Shopify yesterday and take them in PayPal. I have made my Shopify calendar look like I’m all booked up. This is such a hassle.  I am paying Shopify per month and I have purchased my site from them and of course they take their interest off of each purchase.

I’ve had my business for 25 years. When I went to sign in my account the other day it showed a different phone number on sign in!!!

I only have one business number for the past 15 years. I have asked about that and I have no help either. 

I went online and read all the reviews about Shopify and they are horrible! I think I’ve made a terrible business decision. Can someone else help me that’s going through this personally I’d like to hear your story and what you’ve done about it.

I am having the same issue. My payouts are saying they have been paid but nothing is showing in my balance account.  I dropship so if those payouts are not moved over then my balance dwindles quickly because I have not gotten the money my customers paid. I am really getting nervous. We have only been in business since August and it is coming up on the holidays now when orders will increase. This seems so illegal for them to hold funds. Have you gotten any resolution? I have tried to explain it on chat three times with no help, the chat ends without my asking. Plus there is no phone number to call for help? It is all starting to seem fishy.
