Offer customers a choice on shipping options

Hi, I've seen a few discussions on this but no satisfactory answer that I can find. Is it possible to offer customers a choice of shipping at checkout. I want to offer Free shipping as standard but also  White Glove delivery service which they need to pay for. So they get to checkout and can choose either one. Does anyone know if this is possible please? Thanks

Thanks for bringing your question to the Community forum. I'm more than happy to provide some clarify on this.

 

It is certainly possible to offer more than one shipping option to your customers. To do so, you will want to set up two shipping rates for each Shipping Zone. For example, if you set up a shipping zone for the US, you can add two rates: Free Shipping & Expedited (or paid) however you'd like to word it. It will appear in your shipping settings like this: 

 

 

Your customers will see both options, along with whatever you choose to display as the 'rate name'. To set this up, feel free to follow our guide: Setting up Shipping Rates

Hi I have set this up in the same way and it is only showing one shipping option. Be great if you could help..See screenshot attached
