Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

Despite having two physical offices/warehouses, we have only listed one location in shopify settings, as our accounting software does not specify what location the stock is at when it feeds into shopify. Is there a way to allow pick up from two different offices, without adding two locations in admin? I thought perhaps if we could add a customer note box on the checkout page, the customer could make a note of which location they want to pick up from. I can only see options to add a customer note box to the cart page, not the checkout page. Do I need an app to allow more pick up locations? Any help would be much appreciated!
