Free Delivery at Checkout
Good morning all
I've an issue with my store that I'm seeking help with.
I've created a shop in which I would like to offer Free UK Delivery over £40.
A single product added to basket displays shipping as 'free' at checkout, however:
1. multiple products shipped from the same location, that individually are priced below £40 but collectively in basket exceed the £40 free shipping threshold, show a cost for shipping.
2. sub £40 products from AliExpress imported on my shop through the DSers app doesn't recognise my delivery address so the order cannot be completed, however...
3. a single AliExpress product exceeding £40 DOES recognise my delivery address and that order can be completed.
4. If i add any +£40 product [Printify] from any location to the sub £40 AliExpress products from issue 2, then the delivery address is recognised and it seems that whole order does qualify for free shipping.
I'm sur there's something very simple that I have done/not done, but having read all the guides, and spent many hrs online with Shopify Advisors already, with x3 open tickets that are not getting updates, I'm stuck and can't launch my shop for Christmas. Any help appreciated.

Hello @Solomond ,
If you want to apply the same shipping rates to all your products, delete all the shipping profiles and keep only the General shipping profile.

Thanks, that's worked.
Hello @Solomond ,
Looks like it is combining shipping rates from different shipping profiles at checkout
The only solution is to keep all your products in one profile.
Thank you for coming back to me Mirdas, appreciate the advice. Would I have to set up a new profile and add each product to the new profile one by one:
'From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery. In the Custom shipping rates section, click Create new profile. Enter a name for the profile. In the Products section, click Add products, and then add products to the shipping profile.'

Hi @Solomond ,
This is because when you have different products in the cart from different profiles, Shopify treats items from each profile as a different order. And therefore, the $40 threshold is applied individually to each such order.
One solution could be to be use a Shipping Customization app like ShipMagic. Our app can apply the limits on entire order (it does not treat items as different orders). Moreover, the app works even on the Basic shopify plan.
You can install the app and reach out to the live chat support for more info.
