The recent update to how custom fulfilment services work has made it impossible to offer Local Pickup at Custom Fulfilment Locations. The workaround is to create a free 'Pickup' shipping rate, but that creates confusion in Checkout as customers mistakenly select Pickup instead of an actual delivery rate, and vice-versa.
Is there a way to allow Local Pickup (Settings -> Shipping and Delivery) to work at Custom Fulfilment Locations?

Ps Before someone asks; Yes, we require a Custom Fulfilment Location as Shopify now forces us to use Custom Fulfilment Services to fulfil orders via the Shopify API.
