Offnova label printer

Has anyone had luck with the Offnova 4B-2054N Label Printer?  When I try to print a packaging slip, the default setting is way too big so only about half the address shows up, but when I elect the "fit to printable area" option, the font is way to tiny.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!
