Oh dear my Bank Code and Branch Code from singapore cannot be found

Hello, I am from Singapore and am setting up my bank details to receive payments. However, the web says that my branch and bank code is incorrect and cannot be found. But I have checked and it is the correct one. May I know why they said my branch and bank code cannot be found

If you've already contacted your bank to confirm the branch and bank code are correct, you can reach out to our team through the Help Center, so we can take a closer look.

Same problem here - I tried all available codes and none was accepted. Support didnt help a lot as well, just standard answers which doesnt help...

Any one solved already the problem and can help me ?
