Oh dear my Bank Code and Branch Code from singapore cannot be found

Hello, I am from Singapore and am setting up my bank details to receive payments. However, the web says that my branch and bank code is incorrect and cannot be found. But I have checked and it is the correct one. May I know why they said my branch and bank code cannot be found

Hi! Did you manage to get this solved? I’m from Singapore too and facing the same problem. Have reached to the Shopify help but they seem to be unable to pinpoint the problem.
