Hi Support,
I noticed recently that my store now uses the Shopify one-page checkout. This is a great feature and I like it, my customers as well like it. However, I have noticed some distortion in the Shipping Method section, parts of the address are shown and some other parts are not, also the rates are not displayed at all. It looks like a table with an ending that flows out of the page. This is noticeable on mobile devices but not on desktops.
I have attached a screenshot I took from the checkout page on my Android phone with a 6.1" screen size that shows exactly the issue described herein. Also, I've also attached a screenshot from my desktop which looks fine, both screenshots can be compared to see the issue and the expectation.
Any help will be really appreciated, as my customers are beginning to raise complaints.
Thank you.
Hello, @ehinomen ,
Could you please attempt to shorten the Shipping method text? It appears to be the source of the issue.
If that doesn't work, consider reaching out to Shopify support for assistance.
