Online fulfillment of ship-to items from one location only

Having an issue with our second location fulfilling online orders that should only ship from our "default" location.

We would still like to offer curbside at the other/nondefault location. Is this detail possible?

Objective: For a customer to have the option of pickup at either of our locations, as well as have the ship option available. If the ship option is selected then the item is pulled from the inventory of the "default" location to ship from, if the customer selects curbside then the item is pulled from the inventory at the location selected. Possible? Thanks in advance.
