Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello!
I'm a business owner, single member LLC in the US. However I'm not a resident of the US.
My company is operational for over 3 years in Print-on-demand through Printify and Printful.
Now we are going to try getting a Shopify Payments account, and from what I've read in Shopify Community forums and other places one of the things we need to do is to prove our operational presence in the US.
My LLC has a real address, not the address used by our Registered Agent. We don't have an utilities bill, since we don't pay for any utilites. Every year we submit the necessary forms to the IRS (form 1120 and 5472). We also have the EIN number.
We have a lease agreement for an office and all of our shipments are done from inside the US (we can confirm that with tracking for over 1000 orders).
Will that be enough for Shopify Payments?
If not, I'd really like to know what else could be needed?
Also I must note that I, as the sole owner, don't have US government issued documents, aside from ITIN number and a letter from IRS confirming my company's EIN number.
Hello, @DerekLefkowitz.
Thank you for posting this question.
We're unable to confirm your eligibility for Shopify Payments as we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community. We'd recommend taking a look at Shopify Payments for the United States to learn more about the eligibility and required documentations. Once you're ready, you can enable Shopify Payments and wait for our Payments team to reach out to you. Typically, this is done through a banner on your Shopify admin and you will be able to upload the necessary documents for their review.
If you have any other questions on this topic, then don't hesitate to let us know.

Hi @DerekLefkowitz
Did you need an ITIN or it is good with the EIN? I am in a kind of similar situation here.
I appreciate any other insight on the process.
