Options for Single-Item Multi-Package Orders

I will try to explain this the best I can, if you have any questions, please let me know.

I'm looking for either an app or an alternative option for our shipping issue. We currently only provide shipping for some of our more oversized products within the United States but want to offer international shipping. Our problem is that some of our products require multiple boxes to ship 1 product. 

Example:

Product 1 requires 3 boxes of all different sizes to ship as it's a 'bundle' package.

Box 1: 19x19x17 @ 45lbs

Box 2: 4x4x38 @ 14lbs

Box 3: 7x7x14 @ 20lbs

Currently, we can only have it charging for Box #1 which causes us to lose money on shipping so we currently just have anything out of the US disabled. I'm willing to pay for an app that would do this type of shipping calculation. I found the Bespoke Shipping app, but it required you to carry the most expensive Shopify package available, and we're not to that point yet. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!

We found a plug in for this and  it's been working great. The app is called Boxify.
