Order amount received in payment provider but the corresponding order is not found in my orders menu

Order amount received in payment provider but the corresponding order is not found in my orders menu

Yesterday I received an order from a customer. The Customer has made a payment and I received a confirmation from the payment gateway provider but when I checked the Shopify admin, the order is missing in that list. the customer also reached us saying he didn't receive any confirmation mail. Please help me to get a solution.
