Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I dropship from China. I had a customer place an order on the 4th December, which I then placed through Oberlo. All of the order tracking advises the shipment arrived in Australia on the 8th January. But then nothing. I placed an enquiry with Australia Post who told me I need to contact the supplier. The supplier keeps telling me to contact Australia Post & to be patient, it will arrive. I only started my business about 4 months ago, so this is not a good look for my store. It is a bit hard to be patient when you have a customer who wants their order & there is buck-passing between the supplier & Australia Post. Is it possible to contact AliExpress Standard Shipping directly ? Or is there a way I can get proof of delivery into Australia ? Can anyone please help ?
