We are getting customer complaints. While other orders to the same countries are being shipped out just fine,
other customers get error messages saying that their order can't be shipped to their adress.
We have 2 complaints. One from Germany, were were as i said other orders are going through before and after the complaint. And one from Italy.
This is what the error massage looks like:

Hello @AndreyGutthard ,
It appears that you have multiple shipping profiles. It's possible that the overall weight of the lightweight items must have exceeded the 0.7 kg limit resulting in no rates for these products and eventually rate failure at checkout. Try increasing this limit and see if you still face the problem.
In addition, it looks like you have only configured Flat Rates in both profiles and there’s little difference between them. You might not need multiple profiles. Instead, consider consolidating all products into a single profile and setting up the cost based on weight or price criteria.
Ensure that there is a rule for all weight limits. For example, if your lightweight product profile does not offer rates for weights over 0.7 kg, then an order with more than 7 items (totaling 0.8 kg) will not show any rates at checkout.
Hope this helps!
You are absolutely correct. It was to set up a rate for lightweight orders. But I could have just done that in the generell rate section. Wich now that is what i did and everything works flawless now. Thank you for your time !!
