Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Our store is located in the U.S. Entering a Canadian address at checkout brings up the following message: "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address."
I have activated the Canadian market and created a shipping zone for Canada, so I'm not sure why this isn't working. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello @LEC ,
To troubleshoot this issue efficiently, consider adding a Flat Rate under the Canada Shipping zone as the initial step. If this resolves the problem, you've successfully completed level 1.
Subsequently, if you need Carrier Calculated Rates, ensure that CCS is enabled on your plan. Add the necessary services to the Shipping profile, configure the address and product weight, and confirm that the from and to addresses are serviceable by the carrier.
If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to the app developer or contact Shopify support for expert assistance.
