Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I want to report an issue with an order but I couldn’t find the order confirmation URL so I couldn’t submit my report
here is my situation:
I am reaching out to report a troubling experience with a website that appears to be hosted on Shopify: FastPunch.co.
There Instagram account: fastpunch.co
by the way the blocked me when I tried to reach them to get my order
There Website: https://fastpunch.co/products/fastpunch-reflex-topu?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0BMQABptEiUBpk3e35JHQGW32eWOJ...
I recently placed an order on this site, expecting timely delivery. However, I have not received my order, and my attempts to reach their customer support have gone unanswered.
It’s important to note that this website was previously inactive and inaccessible for several months before recently reopening. This repeated pattern of shutting down and reopening raises significant concerns about the legitimacy of this business, especially as I’ve seen reports from others who have also experienced issues with undelivered orders.
Order Details:
Product: FastPunch Reflex Topu
Order Date: [14/08/2024]
Yanwen express parcel tracking :
UJ617826074YP
Order Number :
XM19WRA254845
I can attach screenshots showing my order confirmation, as well as proof of payment and attempts to contact the seller, to verify my claim.
Given the suspicious activity surrounding this website, I respectfully urge Shopify to investigate and take corrective action to ensure compliance with your platform’s standards and to protect potential customers. I am prepared to escalate this matter further if no resolution is reached, including initiating a chargeback with my payment provider and reporting this site to relevant consumer protection agencies.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that ensures the security of Shopify’s platform for all users.
Sincerely,
To report the issue, you should contact Shopify Support with the details of your order (including order number, product name, tracking number, and proof of payment). Explain the situation and your attempts to reach the seller, and ask them to investigate the store's practices. Shopify can help look into any violations of their platform policies. If no resolution is found, you can also consider initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
