Order flagged fraudulent but is a long time customer

A customer I ship product to every month was flagged by shopify as fraudulent however this person is a longt

Shopify's flag system serves as just a warning and does not take any action besides the flag.

If you believe this is a good customer, you can continue as normal without any further consequences.

TY Beacon-Jason Im going to download fraud filter now. I was reading on the cp and someone else mentioned I can set my own filter

Just know, that Shopfy's own fraud filter app has no whitelisting feature.
