Shopify is the e-commerce software that some merchants use to create their own, independent stores to sell in-person or online in a number of ways.
We don't have any involvement in the day-to-day running of these stores or with their orders or shipping.
You mentioned you have not had an update from the store you purchased from since ordering, would this include any confirmation email you might have gotten originally?
In any case, my first advice would be to try to contact the store you ordered from (such as by replying to any email they sent or by checking for contact details on the store page itself) for an update on your purchase.
Should they not get back to you about your order or if you should not eventually receive your order, you can consult the payment method you used to make this order to let them know what has happened.

As you've tried to make contact repeatedly by replying to your confirmation email to no avail, you can likely proceed to contact your bank or card issuer to let them know what has happened and that you wish to inquire about this payment.
While we can't confirm if a given store is using Shopify for reasons of privacy, if you do believe a store to be using Shopify in contravention of our Acceptable Use Policy, you can file a report using this form.
