Order fulfilled but is still open ... why?

Hi, I have a customer order that I did a partial refund on (to refund the shipping cost). Then I have fulfilled and shipped their product. But the order is still marked "open" even though all items have been fulfilled. Can anyone help me understand why?

Hey Tanya!

In this situation the system will not automatically archive the order for you. You can do it yourself in the order by clicking the [...] Menu in the upper-right corner and picking "Archive Order" from the drop-down. Hello im having the same issue for pretty much the same reason, except when I mark it as archived the notification is still there in both the phone app and on the web, this is super annoying, cos it looks like a new order but its not.

I’m having the exact same issue. Even though the order has been fulfilled and has been archived, it still shows as “open”.
