Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I received an order from my Instagram Shop via Commerce Manager. The order has 7 items in it. We fulfilled 6 of 7 thinking we need to back order the last item. Then we found the last item in stock, and fulfilled it under the same tracking number. Facebook then sent a note on the order saying:
You have multiple fulfillments with the same tracking details, this is not supported on Facebook. To resolve this issue edit your tracking details. Changes made to orders on Facebook Commerce Manager aren’t updated on Shopify. Items marked as shipped on Facebook need to be fulfilled on Shopify to keep your order synced.
We then canceled both fulfillments, and did another fulfillment with all seven items under the same tracking number. All information was updated in Shopify, but didn't update in Commerce Manager. Facebook still says there is 1 items waiting to be shipped, and payment status is still Authorized. No payout has been processed for this order.
I talked to Facebook Support, and they said this is a Shopify issue.
