Order has confirmation but No Payout scheduled for Shop Pay

Customer ordered an item Sunday the 1st using Shop Pay, I see in the order history that it will be added to the payout schedule but under payouts there’s nothing but the last order. It’s been 5 business days and still no sign of a deposit or a payout scheduled day.

Another week. Another not paid. It’d be wonderful if I could actually contact someone at Shopify. This wasn’t a small item by any means.
