Order is "Requested" on Shopify but doesn't show up in Printify "Order" or "Other Orders" list

A mug that was ordered is not showing up in my list of Printify orders. A different order of the same product did make it to Printify, but it ended up in the "Other Orders" tab, because I had made an edit to the product in Printify but hadn't pressed "Publish." I was able to import the item in the "Other Orders" tab and all is well for that order. But my question is: why is a week-old "Requested" order (for the same item as the other order I just referred to that did make it to Printify) not showing up at all in Printify?

Did you ever get an answer on this, or have your issue resolved? 

I'm having the exact same problem; An order was "requested" in Shopify 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't shown up in Printify.  FYI- It was part of a larger order that was fulfilled no problem, so I know there's no issue with anything of the seller.
