Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I'm writing to ask for a refund for an order SOME1383 placed on the 21/04/2024 that I never received. I've tried contacting the seller Somemat multiple times, but they haven't responded or given me any updates. They've basically just taken my money and run.
I think this seller is a scammer and I don't want anyone else to get ripped off, so please block their account. I'd really appreciate it if you could give me my money back as soon as possible.
Can somebody help me get the refund?

To set some expectations for you, Shopify is an ecommerce hosting platform. As such, we don't play a role in the management of businesses that may use out platform for hosting. Nor do we play a role in their order management. If you've experienced an issue with an order, you will need to connect with the business you ordered from directly for support. We have a help document that comes included with some information to help you get in touch with the business, and flag them for us if 30 days go by without receiving your order, or hearing from the business regarding your purchase.
As your placed this order with this business you've ordered from, the business is responsible for facilitating your refund. If you've reached out to the business and they've not followed up with your request for a refund, reach out to your bank or credit card provider to see what options are available to help you have your funds returned.
