Order never received, seller not responding

I placed an order through a shopify seller on March 3rd. I received a text right away verifying my order and payment was immediately processed.  I even paid extra for express shipping.  The text I received stated I would get a text when the item shipped. It is now 19 days since I paid for my order and I have not received any communication from the seller. I have emailed them 4 times and never received a response.  What should I do? There is no other form of contact info for the deller either.

Thank you for all the information you have shared with us. Definitely gives us a clear picture on the situation at hand. 

 

Given that it has been over 2 weeks since you placed the order on top of paying for express shipping, and the store has yet to respond, it is now time to reach out to your banking partner that you used for this transaction. Since we are not reaching the store in question hence not receving the product that you paid for, it's time to try to at least retrieve your money back and your banking partner has the authority to do this for us. 

 

When you do, it is also best to share with them all the records/evidence you have regarding this order as well as all attempts regarding communicating with the store.

I attempted to file a complaint but it asked for name,email, and order
link.
When entering my email address it says the email is not linked to the
order, upon checking my order summary it looks like theborder was placed
without the option for an email address. It used my phone number instead.
How can i continue with the complaint?

So given the link is not working, you can reach out to our Live Support team about this complaint and they can then push this forward for us to the proper departments.

Cholloway  i just went thru the same thing i never received email confirmation sellers store is gone and now i am trying to get shopify to help not getting anywhere
