I ordered from a store and its been 3 months and nothing. I tried contacting the store and the email bounces back. I dont know what to do as I havent recieved my product and I believe the company has gone bust. How do I get my money back!

I understand you have a concern about a store. While the store owner is in the best position to help in this case, as we aren't involved in the day-to-day operations of the stores we host on our platform, we are aware there are times you are unable to reach them.
