Order online and check in in store for order pickup

I have a specific use case where I would like to optimize my client's customer experience and reduce their wait times at stores.

Customers reserve the products online and then come into the store to pick up their orders when ready.

When they are in the store I would like them to check in using a POS kiosk and also pay for their order with POS -credit card OR manual methods.

Once that is done they can proceed to pickup their order.

Are there any apps or specific things I can use to make this work?

I am using Pickeasy to allow customers to select the local store pickup time.

Happy to help! I'd consider Shopify does not have a built-in self-checkout feature within its POS system. However, there are third-party apps that can integrate with Shopify POS to enable self-checkout functionality in your physical store. I'd recommend taking a look at the Lightspeed Shopify POS integration to see if it is suitable to your needs.
