Somebody help!!! I have received and fulfilled many orders through my Shopify account across Canada and USA - using Canada Post - and have never had any issues. Today, I receive an order and when I attempt to print a shipping label (as I have many times before) i realize that the Print Label option has disappeared from my site. I finally find a buried button for labels and when I click on itI receive a pop up message that this order is ineligible for a shipping label. How can this be? The order has gone through… and my customer has clearly paid for shipping. Very frustrating cause contacting support is impossible… constant loop back to in line resources which do not address this problem. If I don’t have an answer soon I’ll have to deliver this package myself.
