It's been a week now since I've ordered and I still didn't receive tracking number I don't know my order status ,no updates please help

It sounds like you have placed an order on a store you believe is using Shopify, and you are wondering about the order status as you haven't heard anything since. I would be happy to clarify the situation for you!

 

For context, although a wide variety of businesses use Shopify to sell both online and in person, we do not manage any stores ourselves, and have no involvement in the order fulfilment process. Each store is responsible for managing their own businesses, and helping their customers with any queries they may have.

 

With that in mind, if you weren't able to locate any order confirmation emails even after checking in your promotional/spam email folders, then I would suggest contacting the store directly. There are various contact methods that you can try, which are outlined on this resource here.

 

If you don't hear back from the store or receive your order within 30 days then you are free to submit a complaint using this online form here. After that, contacting your bank directly to discuss refund options would be the next best step to take.
