I placed an order with my Brooklyn Brand’s and I have not received any update as to tracking and shipping and ETA of delivery.

Dear @Audrey9 ,

 

 

If you haven't received any tracking updates:

  1. Check for a Shipping Confirmation Email

    • The store might send a separate email once the order ships, including a tracking number.
  2. Look for a Tracking Page

    • Try checking the order status using their tracking page (usually available on their website).
  3. Contact  Support

    • Call or email their customer support with your order number (#1043) and request a shipping update.
  4. Verify the Estimated Delivery Time

    • If the order was placed recently, it may still be in processing. Orders usually take serveral days to process before shipping. It will generate the tracking number if your parcel has been shipped. You usually can track the order on tracking page when you got the tracking number.
