Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have an order that is stuck as unfulfilled. Nothing is wrong with the order and no errors in the Shopify order timeline. We link Shopify and Fortnox via API, and the order cannot be seen in Fortnox. How do I go further with this problem?

Is it the E-Connector: Fortnox app that you are using to sync your Shopify store with Fortnox? If so, then the next step I recommend for you, is to contact the app developer directly. They’ll be able to check the integration of the app and troubleshoot the stuck order. Hope this helps!

No we are not having any app. We are using Sharespine that have set up the sync for us. Maybe I need to contact them or what are you suggesting?
