I don’t see whats going on…my order was paid and fullfilled at “zendrop”.  My customer hasn’t gotten his package and it has been 2 weeks already.  This was a week ago where it has been archived…it gave me the tracking number but it says its uknown.  Like what it seems like i just scammed the customer.  I saw where it was but then it disappeared and turned to unkown location ever since.

  1. Shipping Carrier Issues:

    • The package might be lost or delayed due to issues with the shipping carrier. There could be incorrect address information or customs problems (if shipping internationally).
  2. Zendrop Fulfillment Error:

    • There might have been a mistake in the order processing or shipping label creation. Or, Zendrop could have used incorrect shipping information.
  3. Tracking System Glitch:

    • Sometimes, tracking information can be delayed or inaccurate.
    • There might be a temporary issue with the tracking system.

I would recommend the following steps:

  1. Contact Zendrop Support:

    • Reach out to Zendrop's customer support immediately. Provide them with the order number and tracking information and request an investigation into the missing package.
  2. Communicate with Your Customer:

    • Be transparent with your customer about the situation. Apologize for the inconvenience and inform them that you're working to resolve the issue. Also, provide updates as soon as you have more information from Zendrop.
  3. Escalate the Issue:

    • If Zendrop is unable to resolve the issue promptly, consider escalating the matter to their management.
