Hello @blake10
First, If you paid with a credit card, you might be able to dispute the charge and potentially get a refund through your credit card company's charge back process.
File a complaint depending on your country, there may be consumer protection agencies or organisations where you can file a complaint against the store for not delivering your order.
Best Regards,

Hi there, @blake10. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community with your situation around this order. My name is Imogen. It's good to meet you.
First, I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced an issue with an order that you placed with an online business. To set some expectations for you, Shopify is an ecommerce hosting platform. As such, we can't confirm if a business uses our platform for hosting. Shopify also does not play a role in the management of businesses that may be hosted on our platform, nor do we play a role in their customer care workflows.
If you've experienced an issue with an order you placed with a business, you will need to connect with that business directly. We have a help document here that outlines some helpful information that you can use to connect with the business. This document also includes information regarding what next steps are available to you if you're unable to connect with the business. If you're seeking a refund, and the business doesn't follow up with your request, then please reach out to your bank or credit card provider, as they will likely have options available to you to help you have the funds from your purchase returned.
