Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have had shopify for a while and have had orders that have been fullfilled and paid on my orders screen but they do not show in transactions. Can anyone help with this?
Hi there, @bryanmota.
Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for sharing your question.
I understand customers have placed orders, and you have fulfilled them however, you're unable to see these transactions in your Payouts section.
If you're not seeing customer orders in your payouts, it might be because those orders were processed through a third-party payment gateway rather than Shopify Payments. Orders processed outside of Shopify Payments won't appear in the Shopify admin's payouts section. We have a detailed Help Center resource that includes a chart on how you get paid. For example, if a customer places an order on your store using PayPal Express Checkout, you'll receive the funds via PayPal/your PayPal dashboard.
If you're unsure what payment gateway customers used to place the order, you can click into each specific order and scroll down to the Order Timeline.
