Orders getting abandoned

We have configured Stripe as our third-party payment provider in the shop demoliveshopping.myshopify.com. When we are using shipping rate=0(Free), then orders are getting placed successfully (Order #1545), but when the shipping rate > 0, the orders are getting abandoned (#21595954184390). However, all the API calls are successful. We are using the following APIs for spreedly:

1) https://core.spreedly.com/v1/payment_methods.json

2) https://core.spreedly.com/v1/receivers/<receiver_token>/deliver.json

As you can see, the API call is not throwing any errors, even then the orders are getting abandoned. We have tried creating different shipping zones and shipping profiles, but nothing seems to be working. Can you please help?

Any update on this. 

The entire integration of shopify-spreedly was working fine in our production till 1month back. Only recently that we observed : `checkoutCompleteWithCreditCardV2` api to return no errors (like said above) but on the shopify side the orders are shown abandoned. 

The partner support is of too little help. The once working apis now stopped working, and we are asked to consult experts (which will take time) and our production is down. 

Has anybody came across similar issue? how did u fix it? we upgraded all our apis to 2021-07 also, but no use. We are ok to pay if anybody can fix this for us. Any references are welcome. 

(first shopify mucks around with a working apis, makes them unusable, then they tell the customer to chase experts. I am unable to understand the business model)
