Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi everyone,
I've set up my Tiktok Shop for Affiliates to order free samples of my product. I see the orders are coming through into Shopify, but most of their information is "X"ed out, causing problems with creating the shipping labels. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for that link! I went into my Tiktok Seller Center, Orders, Fulfillment Settings, and then clicked on the tab for "Shipping and Delivery". In there you can switch between Tiktok Shipping and Seller Shipping. I switched mine to Seller Shipping and now the orders are syncing in Shopify.

If so, then I would suggest that you get in touch with the Tik Tok Shop Academy and show them your issues.
