Orders not syncing properly from Tiktok Store to Shopify

Hi everyone,

 

I've set up my Tiktok Shop for Affiliates to order free samples of my product. I see the orders are coming through into Shopify, but most of their information is "X"ed out, causing problems with creating the shipping labels. Has anyone else experienced this? 

 

Here is a screenshot of what is showing up in Shopify of an order.

Thanks for that link! I went into my Tiktok Seller Center, Orders, Fulfillment Settings, and then clicked on the tab for "Shipping and Delivery". In there you can switch between Tiktok Shipping and Seller Shipping. I switched mine to Seller Shipping and now the orders are syncing in Shopify.

Hello Zoli @zoli4271   Did you follow all the sync processes in this link? https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-sales-channels/tiktok/setup 
If so, then I would suggest that you get in touch with the Tik Tok Shop Academy and show them your issues.

What if the order has already been placed before you make this change?  I read somewhere that it only applies to future orders.  I have a current order pending where I can not see address so I am not able to fufill the order without the customer address.  I have contacted Tik Tok shop to assist and have not received a solution and its been a week now.  I do not want to lose the order or the customer.
