Orders reading as open after fulfilled on shippo

We have always been using shippo with our online store and it has worked flawlessly in the past. recently it stopped syncing with shopify and orders are not reading as fulfilled on shopify, so tracking emails arent being sent. Have not seen any solutions to this online.

Im having this exact issue currently, it worked flawlessly for months then last week it stopped updating order statuses..... I have alot of customers contacting me for tracking that should have been sent out when the orders were fulfilled in shippo. 

 

Did it get fixed for you if so what did u do to get it resolved?
