Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi all,
I hope someone can help.
Our Shopify shop launched recently (https://shop.connexionfrance.com/). Customers often do not input their address correctly when they place their order (they enter all on the same line, or enter unecessary or incorrect information) so i have amended both customers main and shipping addresses so that they are formated properly.
When i requested a new order report however, i can still see the UNAMENDED (so the original) shipping address there.... 😞
IS that normal? Can i not get a report that shows that addresses i have done work on?
