Our Home Delivery is not showing up at checkout

A few customers have reached out that our home delivery option is not showing up at checkout, even though their zip code is in our delivery zone zip code list. It is only defaulting shipping for $29 and free local pickup, but not $10 home delivery. What is wrong?
