Our Site Suddenly Gives Customers Error At Checkout

Hi. So all of a sudden our website pops this error when people try to check out.

We thought maybe it had something to do with Native Subscriptions but we removed the app and this is still happening. Please help.

Hi, @KinSlipsLife.


In order to rectify the error message could you ensure the following:


  • All of your products are in valid Shipping Profiles. If you have no General Profile rates and you add a product, you'll need to move it to a valid profile as soon as the product is created, otherwise no rates will be provided.
  • If you've added a new Location, it may not have been added to your shipping rates. Please check your location, shipping profile, and the inventory of the product/variants for how they are configured.
  • Ensure the location that stocks the product has a shipping rate assigned in the shipping profile where the product is listed.
  • Ensure the country of the shipping address is an active market under Settings > Markets.
  • Check the product has both physical + requires shipping, and has proper weight assigned.
