Our co been with shopify for many years,and our status verified several times. Since April 22, shopify been holding our payments despite asking me to send docs, which I have done few times , giving them what they want - from my national ID, and company registration, and customer officer in June and July  said will proceed asap, it's nearly August now and still not receive any payments from shopify.

Is shopify in some kind of financial troubles?

That is certainly not ideal about your Shopify Payouts on hold - I can definitely understand why you would be concerned. Having delays like this is never a nice experience, however depending on the situation sometimes it can be unavoidable.

 

We do not have account access here on the Shopify Community, so I cannot see the exact reasons for your Shopify Payments issue, however I can assure you that your payments have not been held due to any financial troubles.

 

Have you been speaking to our team about this issue via email? If so, the best place to direct your questions will be by replying to that email and providing them with any relevant new information or questions you might have. As I mentioned we have no way of accessing information on stores here in the Community.
