Owner of shop not responding, order not delivered

Hi, 

I’ve made an order on a site called the most popular secret society in February and I’ve not received my order yet. I tried to contact her via her website first. When I noticed she wasn’t answering, I’ve written them an email  in April and no answer…I even tried via their TikTok account where they are posting at the moment that she’s closing her shop, but they kept on deleting my comments !!! I also sent a request thanks to Shopify but guess what ! No answer either. 
what can I do ?

Can you share a link to that store?

There are a lot of fake/scam sites, but sometimes it is hard to notice red flags. Without link, I can say more, but you should try to report the merchant here, if you did not already:

Choose "Issue with an order" or "Fraud".

You can try your bank, but think it passed a lot of time to stop the transfer.

Thank you for the link, and looks like a copy from ouroborosofficial.myshopify.com

And I found the same name in TikTok videos so not sure if it is the same person.

But one advice for you,  do not trust stores that are on myshopify subdomain, maybe just 5% are real stores, the other 95% are either test stores or scammers who do not want to invest some money in a proper domain.
