Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have a package en route, but it has disappeared from my tracking, I have not received nor marked it delivered, where is the package and why can't I see it anymore?
If you are using Shopify Shipping or any other postage reseller, you need to contact the respective postage reseller for assistance. You cannot contact the carrier directly since you do not have an account with them.
If you have your own account with the carrier, you can reach out to the carrier directly to inquire about your package.
